When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged within 24 hours of your purchase. If you choose to send a money order, we will process the purchase within 1-3 business days of receiving the payment.
My order is wrong, what do I do?

What shipping methods are used or available?
We ship using USPS priority mail for our customers in the U.S.A, and first class to our customers who are International. First class mail, express, parcel and overnight shipping is available upon request.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
We process orders 1-3 business days, Monday - Friday, from date of payment. Depending on your location, your shipment will take 2-3 days for arrival. If you are an international customer, we ship First Class Mail and should take 1-2 weeks.
